Digital Content Creators (“DCC”, “we”, “us”) operates the English Speeches membership community internationally. All products sold are digital memberships that unlock course content, live classes, and other online resources.
Cancellation window
- You may cancel a new membership within 7 calendar days of purchase for a full refund.
- After 7 days the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle and will not renew.
How to request a refund

Use the subject line: Refund Request – [order ID]. Include the email address used at checkout and a brief reason for your request (optional but helps us improve).
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Non-refundable items
- Upgrade fees from one paid plan to another after the 7-day window.
- Past subscription periods that have already elapsed.
- One-time lifetime access purchases after the 7-day window.
