The following terms govern all cancellations and refunds for digital products sold by Digital Content Creators (“DCC”, “we”, “us”), the operator of the English Speeches membership community. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.
All products sold through English Speeches are digital memberships delivered electronically. Purchases grant immediate access to course content, downloadable files, live classes, and other online resources. Because access is provided instantly, all sales are considered final in accordance with international digital-goods regulations.
1. Premium Plan
The Premium Plan is sold as a non-refundable digital product. Upon purchase, members receive immediate access to protected course materials, downloadable resources, membership archives, and ongoing future content. Due to the nature of instant digital delivery and to prevent unauthorized downloading followed by cancellation or chargeback attempts, no refunds are provided for the Premium Plan under any circumstances.
By purchasing the Premium Plan, you acknowledge that you are receiving lifetime access to digital materials and agree that all payments are final and non-reversible.

2. Plus Plan
The Plus Plan is also a non-refundable digital purchase. Immediately after payment, users may access and download all included materials. Because this constitutes full delivery of the digital product, refunds, cancellations, or partial credits are not offered.
Purchasers agree that access begins immediately and that the right to withdraw or request a refund is waived once the transaction is completed.

3. Chargebacks and Unauthorized Claims
Since all purchases provide instant access to downloadable and non-returnable digital content, initiating a chargeback after successful delivery is considered misuse of the service. In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to:
- Provide documented proof of access and downloads to the payment processor, and
- Terminate or suspend access to all English Speeches products and services.
We may also seek recovery of outstanding balances or fees incurred as a result of invalid disputes.
